Getting ready for Christmas!
The run-up to Christmas is exciting and fun, and a great time for songs and stories. To find out what we’re singing and reading with the children, so you can sing and read along at home, here are the favourite songs we’re practising:

We’re also getting very crafty! On our ‘to-do before the holidays’ list are printing with stamps, making Christmas cards, scratch baubles, snowflakes and finger puppets.
As adults we know that all the fun and excitement, loads of socialising, partying, rich food and late nights make for very different routines over the holidays, and can be exhausting by the end. We need to remember that this is even more true for small children. Fairly regular bedtimes and calm moments during the day – make time to share one of these lovely stories with your wee one – will help to give everyone a great festive holiday.
